Special Rate Memberships

We’re proud to support our broader community by offering discounted membership rates to active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and students.

If you qualify under one of these categories, you can apply for a reduced-rate membership by submitting a short request with verification.  Once approved, you’ll receive a private link to join at a discounted rate of $15 per year (regular membership is $25).

Who Qualifies?

We offer discounted memberships to:

• Active-Duty Military

• Veterans

• First Responders
  (Firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics, Law Enforcement)

• Current Students
  (College or university, part-time or full-time)

How to Apply

1. Email us at membership@toool.us with proof of eligibility. Examples of accepted documents include (with sensitive info redacted):

   • A screenshot of your verified status through ID.me

   • A copy of military orders

   • A copy of your DD214

   • A state-issued ID showing military, veteran, or first responder status

   • A student ID

2. Please do not send photos of military or VA ID cards, as reproducing them is a federal offense (18 U.S. Code § 701)

3. Wait for confirmation
   We’ll review your submission within a few days and send you a private link to register at the discounted rate of $15/year.

Your Privacy Matters

All submitted documents are handled confidentially and will only be accessed by the administrative team responsible for processing membership requests. These documents will not be shared outside the organization and will not be retained beyond the necessary verification process.
